The wait is over for the biggest fight in UFC history featuring Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov in UFC 229 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. With the UFC Lightweight Championship on the line, the anticipation is at fever pitch as fans around the world try to decide who they think will win. McGregor is without doubt the most charismatic fighter ever to walk into a UFC octagon and remains the only fighter to win titles in two different weight classes. The Irishiman does most of the damage with his fists although he is more than capable on the ground.
The unbeaten Khabib comes from a wrestling background and will be looking to kill the fight off with a submission. Any opportunity to move in and take the Irishman onto the canvass will be part of his game plan, however this leave his chin exposed for McGregor to deliver the knock-out blow.
