Race to Spain – 25th of September
Race To Spain Leaderboard Event
Following the switch of the September and October events I wanted to give a full breakdown of what to expect. Given this is the first time we will be running a leaderboard event without an evening activity, the format for the day slightly changes.
Entry and Tee Times
Even if you have already purchased your Tour Card you will still need to enter each event separately to confirm your attendance. If you have not purchased your Tour Card but would like to play in this event, then there is a 10 Euro charge for entrance. Full details of entry can be found here Race To Spain September – Register
There is one main difference in this set up. As long as you are playing with other entrants in the Race To Spain, you can play at any time on the Monday 25th of September. If you prefer to play with the main reserved groups, then there are 8 tee times reserved from 13:08. A draw will be made to determine player partners.
Competition and Prizes
This is event two of seven where all points earned go towards the Enteractive Race to Spain Leaderboard. There will be no Team prize for this event. However thanks to our fantastic sponsors we have an action packed event for you with great prizes up for grabs.
Individual Competition Sponsor ( Enteractive )
- 1st Place Individual – 75 Euros
- 2nd Place Individual – 50 Euros
- 3rd Place Individual – 25 Euros
Longest Drive Sponsor ( Enteractive )
- 4th + 13th Hole ( 2 attempts ) – 50 Euros
- 6th + 15th Hole ( 2 attempts ) – 50 Euros
Nearest the Pin ( Apcopay + Pentasia )
- 7th + 16th Hole ( 2 attempts ) – 50 Euros
- 8th + 17th Hole ( 2 attempts ) – 50 Euros
Birdie Bonanza ( Takomo Golf )
On the 9th first time round and 18th, Takomo will be putting up the following reward for Birdies and Eagles.
- For Every Gross Birdie – 10 Euros
- For Every Gross Eagle – 25 Euros
All prizes will be credited to players accounts prior to the Enteractive Open in October and results published on the website. This will be the next ‘Major’ event where additional leaderboard points will be awarded.
